There is no “coup”

Spend an hour or so scrolling through twitter, or through op-eds at various media sites, or watch some cable news pundits. What you’ll see a lot of-with regards to the current post-election brouhaha-are claims about stolen elections, refusals to accept results, or even actual coups (you know, those things that are like revolutions, where governments are overthrown, usually with the help of a country’s military). And make no mistake, these sorts of claims are coming from both Republicans and Democrats, from both the Right and the Left, from both Trumpers and never-Trumpers.
